Charter Yachts sales & reservations team have recently completed their Bareboat Briefers certificate, cementing the team as all-rounders in the Whitsundays bareboat industry.
Driven by a desire to learn more about what their guests experience on the first charter day and to be able to answer any question thrown at them, the accomplished sales team attended the Whitsunday Maritime Training centre in April to complete the course that is the current requirement of all briefers in the Whitsundays.
Bareboat Specialist Emma De-Lisle said ‘It was interesting to take in the amount of knowledge and information needed on the briefers part to ensure our guests have a safe & relaxing holiday. I’ve gained a much greater understanding of the safety procedures and protocols in place that make our guests holiday as safe as possible and why it is so necessary to ensure this is relayed clearly to charterers’
